We've grown at pace over the last five years and are looking for candidates who can make a real impact and be great ambassadors for the company and our values. Every position requires a set of skills and experience, but we are looking for passionate people too.

We've expanded beyond The Red Sea and Amaala to include additional yet-to-be-announced projects along the Saudi Red Sea coast. We want to recruit more than 1,000 employees  in 2022 as we near the finish line. There are over 2,000 employees now, which is a testament to our fast expansion.


Our year-round recruitment strategy
Our recruiters are looking for the right people to join our company throughout the year to help us reach our expansion targets. We seek out employees for a range of roles in a variety of departments across the company.

Our biggest departments include our Development, Project Delivery, and Environment and Sustainability departments, as well as our renowned scientists working on the ground.  

Regenerative opportunities for people and planet
If you want to be part of RSG, you can always find an opening, as we keep our postings up to date. Our news, job openings, and announcements are constantly updated, and we post them frequently in our owned media channels on LinkedIn in addition to our careers page at the website. We regularly post-employment and training and training opportunities to reach a wide variety of applicants.

Seeking passionate people
Recently one of my colleagues shared a wonderful story of our helping hand in action. There was a candidate interviewed a while ago, who needed improvement and development in some specific areas. Our recruitment specialist fed this back to them.

The candidate took this feedback onboard and met my colleague several months later, explaining that they had developed themselves in the ways suggested, demonstrating the extent of their determination to change and join RSG. This made us very happy and we were pleased to re-nominate them for a role at RSG.


Saudi Vision 2030
The job market is extremely competitive in Saudi Arabia, and people are eager to associate with our firm and brand (RSG). We carefully look at all the resumes we receive, seeking individuals who share our goals and objectives.

You should be thinking about your desire for the job, your sense of urgency for improving the world, and your values and standards for regeneration. Our Elite Graduate Program
The Recruitment, Human Resources, and Learning and Development departments worked together to create and implement a variety of programs and activities for Saudi youngsters. The Elite Graduate Program, one of the most prominent of these initiatives, attracts eager, smart young people to RSG. It has been reintroduced for the fourth time this year, and it is one of the most popular programs for new graduates. When we opened registration for the program in its third edition in 2021, we received over 30,000 applications. Several programs are offered by the corporation to empower Saudi youth, which are easily accessible on our website.


Preparing for Interview
Be ready and prepare yourself well before the interview. Do not be overly improvisational. Be clear when introducing yourself and providing the information asked from you. Dress appropriately.
