Requirements

Saudi Nationals who graduated in 2022/2023

Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree accredited by the Saudi Ministry of Education

People who are fluent in English and Arabic (speaking and writing)

People who pass the assessment and interviews

The upcoming and fifth edition of the Elite Graduate Program will kick-off on 6 February 2024 and is designed to run for a span of two years.
You will be a full-time RSG employee, receiving the salary and benefits in line with all employees of the company. Your employment will be based on a full-time employee contract.
Yes, the recruits will be provided with salaries and benefits package corresponding with their roles at RSG.
The program accepts applications from both bachelor’s and master’s graduates.
