People
We have an unwavering commitment to offer our people world-leading experiences and exceptional opportunities, and support our destinations’ local communities.
Our business is powered by extraordinary employees who embody our transformative vision for sustainable tourism and responsible development, with a hunger to change the status quo. We want to enrich society by channeling investment and exceptional opportunities into the social and cultural fabric of Saudi Arabia, to help realize the country’s full potential and nurture the careers of ambitious men and women from the Kingdom and beyond.
Our guests are an extension of the Red Sea Global family. We are committed to offering the very best in customer service and providing them with once-in-a-lifetime experiences that they will treasure long into the future.

Hidden in plain sight on Saudi Arabia’s northwestern coast, our three communities are easily accessible by air, road, and sea, connected to the iconic marinas of the Mediterranean Sea and within three hours flying time for 250 million people.
We are tearing up the rule book, replacing traditional ways of development with innovations across design, construction, and operations. By working with world-leading partners and adopting new ways of thinking, we are spearheading a new model of development, with responsibility at its core.
We have built a reputation for delivery and remained firmly on track to create two of the world’s most ambitious destinations. This ambition has drawn the attention of world-renowned players in the tourism industry, with St. Regis Hotels and Resorts, Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts and Ritz Carlton Reserve, among others, joining us to operate hotels at THE RED SEA.
