We will be a significant creator of jobs, employing around 60,000 people directly and creating a further 60,000 indirect jobs, for Saudi nationals and for colleagues from around the world.
For our female colleagues, the Kingdom’s objective is to increase women’s participation in the workforce from 22% to 30% by 2030, meaning that our projects will play a crucial role in offering new and rewarding career opportunities.
Currently, there are more than 8,000 workers on-site across our destinations. Since day one, our central principle revolves around how we treat our people.
Our construction and coastal villages feature residential buildings, positioned to form neighborhoods around centralized leisure areas that are equipped with a range of recreational facilities including cricket pitches, volleyball and basketball courts, football pitches, plus a gym and cinema.
An emphasis on free, high-speed connectivity will enable people to keep in touch with their families and friends.
The villages have their own dedicated medical facilities, including an emergency care center, a laboratory and a dispensing pharmacy. Medical services will be provided through a centralized operator and delivered by a full complement of doctors and nurses operating in line with international standards.

Red Sea Hospitality Pioneers
Red Sea Global (RSG), in collaboration with the University of Tabuk’s College of Hospitality & Tourism in Al Wajh, has launched The Red Sea Hospitality Pioneers program to train and employ local talent in the tourism and hospitality sector.
RSG Scholarship Program
Red Sea Global (RSG), in partnership with the University of Prince Mugrin (UPM) and the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), is offering scholarships to high school graduates to study International Hospitality Management. Red Sea Global and its partners will seek to provide job opportunities to suitably qualified graduates of the program.
Vocational Training Program
Red Sea Global (RSG), in collaboration with the Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), is offering the second edition of its Vocational Training Program to prepare young Saudis for different careers needed in the tourism and hospitality sector.
Students who successfully complete the two-and-a-half-year program will obtain a diploma degree and will be employed either at one of Red Sea Global destinations or one of its partners.
Elite Graduate Program
Our Elite Graduate Program, entering its fourth edition, enrolls fresh Saudi graduates through a comprehensive system of placement, training programs, and encouraging individuals to achieve their highest potential.
The program provides Saudi graduates with entry-level jobs which equip them with hands-on experience in exciting roles.
