Turtle Bay Design

To meet our ambitious benchmarks for better development, we avoided the construction of temporary assets during the development of Turtle Bay. Instead, permanent assets were built and then repurposed, helping to preserve the area’s natural ecosystems.

Both the offices and the residential apartments were built using off-site fabrication and modular construction techniques. This approach enhances quality and safety, reduces the number of construction workers on site and minimizes environmental impact during both fabrication and installation.

The buildings have been designed to provide natural defenses from erosion, while new habitats have been created through landscaping that enhances the island’s natural state.

The corporate offices have a total floorspace of approximately 7,000m2 and are designed in three independent campus elements to take advantage of the destination’s unique microclimate, maximizing passive shading and ventilation, and promoting interaction between indoor and outdoor spaces.
