This program is designed to prepare students for future jobs by providing a curriculum that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application. Upon successful completion, Red Sea Global and its partners will seek to provide job opportunities to suitable and qualified graduates.

OVERVIEW

Red Sea Global (RSG), in collaboration with the University of Tabuk’s College of Hospitality & Tourism in Al Wajh, has launched The Red Sea Hospitality Pioneers program to train and employ local talent in the tourism and hospitality sector. The program will last for two years and three months, after which students will obtain an intermediate diploma from Tabuk University, accredited by Hong Kong Polytechnic University. This program is designed to prepare students for future jobs by providing a curriculum that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application.

Upon successful completion, Red Sea Global and its partners will seek to provide job opportunities to suitable and qualified graduates.

PROGRAM'S TRACKS

Diploma in Hospitality Management

Talents will gain knowledge and skills to help them succeed with careers and luxury hospitality services covering all aspects from sale and customer services to using policies and procedures to ensure proper and smooth operations.

Diploma in Food and Beverage Management

Talents will learn a range of operational skills including purchasing ingredients and developing menus and preparing, presenting and serving food and beverages.

How to apply

Select your preferred track

Applicants will have the option to select one of the two tracks (Diploma in Hospitality Management, Diploma in Food and Beverage Management). University of Tabuk and Red Sea Global will place the applicants according to the selected preference and seats availability.

Send required documents

Enter the program information page and submit a new application on Tabuk University’s electronic admission portal. All required documents must be uploaded as requested. Applications missing any required documents will not be considered.

Interviews

Successful application is determined competitively according to the complex admission criteria and according to the order of desires, the available seats. all interviews will be conducted face to face in Al Wajh. Further details will be shared once candidates are selected.

Acceptance to the program

The applicant must follow the online portal to see the result of the nomination and the initial and final acceptance.

Applicants must:

- The applicant must be of Saudi nationality.
- The applicant must provide a medical certificate indicating that they are physically and mentally fit to work in the hospitality field.
- The applicant must hold a high school diploma (as a full-time regular student) or its equivalent from either within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or abroad.
- The applicant must register as a full-time student.
- The applicant must not be accepted into another program or diploma, whether at the University of Tabuk or any other university.
- The applicant must submit all required documents during the registration phase.
- Ensure that all information provided in the application is accurate and complete.
- Work at Red Sea Destination upon successful graduation.
The program covers the following:

- A monthly stipend for the duration of the program.
- An accredited certificate from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
- Training with Red Sea Global or one of its partners.
- Employment at the Red Sea destination or one of its partners and operators.
- The applicant must not have graduated from high school more than (5) years ago.
- The applicant's age must not exceed (25) years.
- The passing score for the achievement test and cognitive ability test must be (50%) or higher.
- The applicant must sign the commitment letter issued by Red Sea Global to work in any of RSG’s projects or its partners for a period of not less than 3 years from the date of graduation.
Your role will be identified based on the track you choose and the operator you work with after graduation. However, all students will have entry-level jobs upon graduation.
The program begins on August 18, 2024 corresponding to Safar 14, 1446h. The application process will open from June XXXX to June XXXX.
All students during the English and Vocational Training phases of the program will receive a monthly stipend.
This program is designed for high school graduates. However, qualified applicants who have higher degrees and wish to join the program are welcome to apply.
