Residences

Shura Residences set a new benchmark in ultra-luxury island living.

The community includes Four Seasons Private Residences, SLS Residences, and Shura Marina Residences, offering private villas and apartments with full access to Shura’s leisure, wellness, and cultural amenities.

Shura Links

Shura Links is Saudi Arabia’s first 18-hole island golf course, designed by Brian Curley and managed by Golf Saudi.

With waterfront holes, sweeping marina views, and a LEED Platinum clubhouse by Foster + Partners, it is among the most sustainable golf courses in the region.

  • Only 20% of the 140-hectare course is maintained turf
  • Irrigated with recycled wastewater
  • Supported by POGO soil moisture sensors to minimize water use

Design & Sustainability

The Coral Bloom concept by Foster + Partners ensures Shura blends with its natural surroundings through lightweight structures, native landscaping, and minimal impact construction.

Shura Island is powered by renewable energy from The Red Sea’s solar farms, supported by one of the world’s largest off-grid battery storage systems. All resorts are targeting LEED Platinum certification, contributing to RSG’s goal of delivering a 30% net conservation benefit by 2040.
