Launched in 2025, Red Sea Residences unites RSG’s design, development, and hospitality expertise under a single brand dedicated to bespoke homes.

Shura Residences

The first Red Sea Residences are located on Shura Island, the central hub of The Red Sea destination. Set among 11 luxury resorts and overlooking the island’s marina and golf course, the 305 planned homes include private villas and branded apartments. 

Laheq Island

Announced in 2025, Laheq Island is the next evolution of luxury residential development at The Red Sea. Conceived as the destination’s first residential-led island, Laheq introduces the concept of the Forever Garden – a living landscape where homes, hospitality, and nature exist in harmony. 

 

At its heart lies The Ring, an 800-meter-wide architectural centerpiece designed by Foster + Partners, encircling a lagoon and white-sand beaches. It integrates apartments, two hotels, a souk, and private residences within a single sculptural form.
