Elite Graduate - requirements

Requirements

Saudi Nationals who graduated in 2021 or 2022

Fresh graduates with a Bachelor or Master’s degree accredited by the Saudi Ministry of Education

People who can join the program on 6 February 2023

People who are fluent in English and Arabic (speaking and writing)

People who pass the assessment and interviews

FAQs

See the most frequently asked questions

You will be a full-time RSG employee, receiving the salary and benefits in line with all employees of the company. Your employment will be based on a two-year trainee contract.
The program will start on February 6, 2023. You can apply on September 27, 2022, submissions will be closed on October 6, 2022.
Yes, the recruits will be provided with salaries and benefits package corresponding with their roles at RSG.
The program accepts applications from both bachelor’s and master’s graduates.
