Overview

Red Sea Global (RSG), in collaboration with the Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), is offering its second edition of the Vocational Training Program to prepare young Saudis for different careers needed at Red Sea Global, as the destination progresses. Students who successfully complete the two-and-a-half-year program will obtain a diploma degree and will be employed at either Red Sea Global or one of its partners.

HOW TO APPLY

Application Process

    Choose and apply for only one specific track

    The program will start on October 2022. 
    You can apply on September 21st, 2022, submissions will be closed on September 26th, 2022

    Reviewing and filteration

    All required documents must be uploaded as requested - your application might not be considered if any required document is missing.

    Psychometric assessment and language placement test

    Successful applicants will be invited to complete a psychometric assessment as well as a language placement test as part of the registration process.

    Interviews

    Top ranked candidates will be invited to interviews; all interviews will be conducted face to face. Further details will be shared once candidates are selected.

  • The program covers the following: - Tuition fees - Study tool kit (if needed), books, and uniforms - SAR 2000 monthly stipend during the Vocational Training Program for 18 months only - Affordable housing options around the training facilities area
  • Applicants must: - Be a Saudi national and possess a valid national identity - Must be registered in The National Labor Portal "TAQAT" - Must not be a student, employee of the public or private sectors, have a commercial record under the Ministry of Commerce, or receive a retirement pension - Not have previously obtained a grant from HRDF - Present a medical certificate confirming that they are physically and psychologically fit to work in the hospitality industry - Be a high school graduate as a minimum, achieving a minimum GPA of 60% across all cognitive ability tests - Be registered as a full-time student - Applicants must be 18 years or older - Provide proof of knowledge of English as a second language by undergoing the IELTS exam, or an equivalent exam from another internationally recognized test - Submit all required documents during the registration stage - Sign a commitment letter to work in any The Red Sea Project or any of its partners for a minimum of 3 years upon graduation
  • Upon successful completion of Phase I (English Program), students will be subject to Phase II assessment prior to the enrollment of the Vocational Training Program.
  • Your role will be identified based on the track you choose and the operator you work with after graduation. However, all students will have entry-level jobs upon graduation.
  • The program will start on the 9th of October 2022. You can apply to the program starting the 21st of September 2022 till the 26th of September 2022.
  • All students will receive stipend of SAR 2,000 per month during the start of the Vocational Training program. There will be no housing support, however, affordable options around the training facilities area will be provided.

How to Apply

Application process

Our aim is to set new standards in regenerative tourism, sustainable development

    Select your preferred track

    Applicants will have the option to select one of the two tracks (Diploma in Hospitality Management, Diploma in Food and Beverage Management). University of Tabuk and TRSDC will place the applicants according to the selected preference and seats availability.

    Send required documents

    Enter the program information page and submit a new application on Tabuk University's admission portal. All required documents will not be considered.

    Interviews

    Successful application is determined competetively according to the complex admission critieria and according to the order of desires,the available seats. All interviews will be conducted face to face in AL Wajh. Further details will be shared once candidates are selected

    Acceptance to the program

    The applicant must follow the online portal to see the result of the nomination and the initial and final acceptance

Terms & Conditions Scolarship

Terms & Conditions

  • - Must be a Saudi national - Must present a medical report proving that they are physically and psychologically fit to work in the hospitality industry - Must have a high school degree (as a full-time student) from inside KSA or an equivalent degree from abroad - Should not exceed five years since graduation from high school - Should be registered as a full-time student - Must be less than 23 years old - Achieve SAAT and cognitive ability tests above 60% - Achieve SAAT and cognitive ability tests within expiry dates set as per ETEC Policy - Must not have acceptance in another program or degree at UPM or any other university - Must complete psychometric assessment if required - Must submit all required documents during the registration stage - Needs to sign (or have a guardian sign on their behalf) a letter of commitment to work at any of RSG’s projects or its partners for a minimum of 4 years upon successfully graduating from the program - Must ensure all information provided is correct and complete. Otherwise, the application will not be considered - Who meets all the above requirements may be invited for interview - Is responsible for tracking their application through UPM’s portal and official platforms
