Key Highlights

Regenerative Tourism

Achieved 75% LEED Buildings Accreditation, with nine islands designated as special conservation zones and less than 1% of the total project area to be developed.

Environmental Conservation

Completed construction of a 100-hectare nursery to provide over 15 million plants for landscaping, launched the Marine Debris Clean-up Program removing 28 tons of debris, and tagged and released 20 Green turtles.

Community Development

Conducted 12,299 training hours across all departments, onboarded 29 national Elite Graduates, and hired 30 Sustainability Stewards from local communities.

Governance and Economic Impact

Signed over 500 contracts collectively worth SAR 14.5 billion (USD 3.9 billion), secured multinational investment in the first Public-Private Partnership (PPP) for a utilities package, and obtained ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management System certification.
