AMAALA is a luxury wellness destination located on Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast, blending health, art, and environmental conservation. 

Phase One opens in 2025/6 with eight resorts and a selection of branded residences, including Rosewood, Nammos, and Clinique La Prairie. 

AMAALA will feature luxury resorts, residences, the Corallium Marine Life Institute, AMAALA Yacht Club, wellness centers, and community facilities. 

All of AMAALA’s power will come from renewable energy. The destination is built to promote biodiversity and aims for a 30% net conservation benefit by 2040.
